Do you have a printed catalog?

Sorry, we do not. Our inventory is highly dynamic. It changes with items' popularity, new trends, new design, etc. that it is not feasible for us to keep up with updates especially without passing the cost onto the products.

Where are the merchandise coming from, where is it made?

Our merchandise made and assembled in Turkey and/or assembled in the USA. We stock our entire inventory and ship all orders from Houston, Texas USA.

There are many items and I'm having hard times to follow the newly added ones!

We recently added "New Products" category which will specifically list the items added recently.

What type of payments are accepted?

We accept Visa - Master card - Discover - American Express - Debit Cards - eCheck through PayPal or GoogleCheckout for purchases up to $2,000 (three thousand USD). For purchases more than $2,000 bank wire transfer will be required. Please contact for wiring instructions.

What if I want to return the item(s) I purchased?

1. Return Merchandise Policy

• Retail Purchases

Retail purchased items can be returned within 10 (ten) days of delivery for the full purchase price (including shipping if any).

• Volume Discount Purchases

Items purchased with Volume Discount can be returned within 5 (five) days of delivery for the full purchase price.

Please follow these steps for proper credit.

• Contact us to notify that you wish to return the merchandise,
• Pack the merchandise in a similar fashion that you received them to avoid damage during return shipping.

  with registered mail or any other form so that you would have a proof of mailing. No insurance required. Please note that return postage is at customer's expense.

Upon receipt of returned merchandise we will issue a credit to your credit card account which the charges are made for the purchase and you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Customers who have paid by check or money order will receive a check or money order at their shipping address.

Can I be sure about the security of my credit card or personal information?

We never see, store, nor has any sort of access to, your credit card information. Your customer and shipping information entries are taken on our secure server. (Note the https on the address bar when you are in these pages.) Rest of the transaction processed by the merchant services' certified secure server. Upon successful transaction, we receive "payment made" notification and begin processing your order. Please read the following.
