We ship retail orders daily (workdays), including Saturdays from our Houston facility.
Most orders received before noon will be shipped the same day, others the following day.
Standard Shippingis the default method for all Domestic and International orders via United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class Mail/Parcel. Optional shipping methods described below can be selected during the checkout process.

Please Note: Some areas that are further from major USPS distribution points may receive Second Day service (you may check for transit time to your ZIP code at USPS - use 77074 as from ZIP, select large envelope option, and use 6 oz for default weight)

We do not require signature upon delivery (applies to US) with Standard Shipping as it causes inconvenience to our customers.
Your mail carrier will scan your package on delivery to your address (not person) without a signature. We will than receive a confirmation from USPS. Receiving such delivery confirmation will end our responsibility for shipping and delivery of your package. In case if you did not receive your package while it was confirmed as delivered, you will need to contact your local post office or mail carrier.

If you require delivery in person with signature, select "Standard with Signature" option as your shipping method on checkout page. Please note: If no one is available to sign for the package when carrier attempts to deliver, a notification with instructions will be left at your address.

Although most economical, no tracking/delivery confirmation or insurance is available for International First Class Mail/Parcel. We ship regularly via this service without problem. Please note however that we will not be responsible for lost/undelivered packages.

Alternative to Standard Shipping is Priority International which is secured with insurance and is trackable to most major destinations.
